Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 4 days of the delivery date.
- The items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for panties, bras, or any other intimate wear unless they are defective or damaged.
- Items purchased on sale or clearance are final and cannot be returned.
Return Process

- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected].
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with details and photos of the defect or damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
